Really dumb question about EI Ferts..

I'm about to start Ei dosing, and have a few dumb questions:
For a 10G it says, 1/8 KNO3, 1/32 of the others. Does that mean 1/8 TSP KNO3 for the whole week?(split into 3, in other words 1/24 TSP per dosing) or 3x 1/8 meaning 3/8 TSP total for a week?

I'm planning to make a 500ml solution for 150G of tanks, but they all ~medium light with Excel/metricide dosing.

Thanks!

It's an actual scoop size(such as used for cooking, like a pint/gallon etc)
Not a regular spoon!

They make them in smaller sizes as well.

EI is generally very inaccurate (hence the name 'estimative').

You can find smaller measuring spoons, however. These generally will have 1/2 and 1/4 teaspoon measurements. For the smaller 1/8, you can sometimes find 'dash', 'smidgen' and 'pinch' measuring spoons at some cooking stores.
Econde and Econde like this.

If I'm using those to measure, should I level the powder ??

Yes level it.

Oh btw, if you want it more accurately convert to grams...
