Is it okay to dose ferts while medicating?

I used some Seachem Polyguard to treat what I think is internal parasites. It turned my water blue which I wasn't expecting.
Is it okay to use Excel and Flourish with the meds in the water? The directions just say to remove any chemical filtration like Purigen.

“Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time. On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words, and some of the words are theirs. I am haunted by waters.”

I would guess the blue might be from methylene blue in the med.I really don't know why you wouldn't be able to use ferts with it.I know charcoal in the filter will remove the meds.

Are there any metals listed in the ingredients? Any way to find out what's in the med?

MTS? no,I just need one more tank...

Directions

Before Treating

Remove all invertebrates - these are extremely sensitive to medication. Turn off UV filters, ozone filters, and remove chemical filtration like MatrixCarbon™ and Purigen. Ensure that your tank is fully cycled and stable; poor water quality is the root cause of most fish diseases, and adding medication will do no good if the water chemistry is still bad.

Dosing

Use 1 measure (included) per every 40 L (10 US gallons) of water. Repeat this dose every 72 hours for a maximum of 2 weeks. Repeat every 3 days for up to 2 weeks or until symptoms disappear. Use whenever introducing new fish.

After Treating

When the treatment period is over, PolyGuard™ can easily be removed using activated filter carbon like MatrixCarbon™. It does not linger in the substrate or filter media of the tank.

Active ingredients: sulfathiazole (36%), malachite green (1.9%), nitrofurantoin (0.14%), nitrofural (0.14%), quinacrine dihydrochloride (0.27%). Inactive ingredients: excipients (61%)
