EI dosing question

Hello,
I'm going to begin dosing my tanks using the EI method. I will be using Flourish Excel to supplement carbon. Please help me out by recommending a starting point in ppm for the following. I can't seem to find a reference for Excel applications.

KNO3
KH2PO4
K (Potassium)
CSM+B (in Fe)

Or should I just dose 1/4 of the following? Which applies to pressurized CO2.

(((CO2 range 25-35ppm)))
NO3 range 5-30ppm
K+ range 10-30ppm
PO4 range 1.0-3.0 ppm
Fe 0.2-0.5ppm or higher

Thank you,
~Chip
