Could someone help me with a dosing schedule for my tank.

So i am sort of new to dosing tanks. i have a fully stocked planted tank, with the proper amount of lighting and a 5lbs co2 tank and an UP atomizer. My only concern is that i may not be dosing my tank correctly. Here are the products that i have to dose, if someone could tell me how much to dose and what days to dose on each week please
i have seachem: flourish, flourish excel, phosphorus, potassium, iron, nitrogen, and flourish root tabs.
any type of schedule would be very helpful. Thanks

Basic EI is as follows...

Monday: WATER CHANGE 50%, KNO3, KH2PO4, K2SO4

Tuesday: Plantex CSM+B

Wednesday: KNO3, KH2PO4, K2SO4

Thursday: Plantex CSM+B

Firday: KNO3, KH2PO4, K2SO4

Saturday: Plantex CSM+B

Sunday: watch football...

Monday: rinse and repeat...

You can buy the above dry fertz online... relatively cheap... For the specific amounts you need to dose, use the dosing calculator on ROTALA BUTTERFLY. Select your gallons, type of fertz, dry dosing, EI and hit calculate. I premeasure my fertz for a months supply and put it in those pill dispensers.

Seachem - Charts

Seachem has a chart on their site that would help with a schedule.
If you are heavily planted you may need to double this.

Growing is not that difficult.

One big point to keep in mind as you go along is that almost everything we do in our tanks is a bit different than others may do in their tanks and it does help to be willing to adapt the methods and amounts as needed. Not to throw a wrench into the early game but just as a point to keep in mind as you move forward?
In my case I started with EI (estimative Index?) but found that in my tank, I had lots of fish and lots of waste . Lots of that waste winds up as nitrate so adding nitrate weekly was running my water change way high and still getting too much nitrate. Solution? Stop adding nitrate and I could stop working so hard to hold the level down.
The point being that there are tons of variables and as you go along, watching the results and really thinking may show you places where you can move away from the "set" formula and make life a bit easier.
For starters, go with the flow and it works pretty well but adapt as needed when/if it suits better.

I'm also dosing EI and my schedule is a little different. Granted I just started so I'm experimenting.

Saturday is rest, only Co2 running.

Sunday is water change and only Co2.

Monday is when dosing begins.

I followed EI for the first couple of weeks to the "T". I'm getting some brown hair algae and diatoms now. Next week I'm going to cut the dosing in half and see how the plants like it.

It may take months to get the balance figure out, but it's fun right.
