How fast are Potassium and Flourish absorbed in the water?

I have a 60 gallon tank with jungle vals in the tank. I dose 3 times a week: Seachem Potassium, Flourish, and Iron. How quickly does Potassium and Flourish get absorbed in the water by jungle vals? Is it within minutes, an hour, several hours?

I ask because I have a HOB filter with 13 stalks of long lucky bamboos stuck in it. I'd rather the fertilizers get absorbed first by the jungle vals, so I will keep the HOB off until the jungle vals have had a chance to take up the Potassium and Flourish.

60 gallon (12.75"L x 48.5"W x 25" H) tank. 48" Planted Plus on between 7 am-12 pm and 4-9 pm. Aquaclear 110. Very hard water. High Alkaline. No current throughout tank .

If the plants are growing they are taking in the potassium, etc. from the water. How fast they take it in depends on how fast they are growing, which depends on how much light they are getting, and whether they are getting enough of the other nutrients so they aren't stunted by shortages. Plants can take in nutrients faster than they need them, and store the excess, but primarily they take in what they need to maintain their growth.
