Glutaraldehyde and Aquarium Silicone

Im thinking of using my spare 3 gallon tank as storage container for my macros solution mixed with pure glut. But Im worried the strength of the glut since its pure will affect the silicone lining inside the tank. Will it affect? Alternatively, can i use the 5 liter water bottles from the stores for this purpose?

Appreciate your help.
