Need help introducing fertilizers

Hello everyone,
I have a 10 gallon, lightly planted tank that I need help with. I've noticed brown spots on the anubias nana I have and the banana plant's leaves (both old & new) are turning light brown/transparent. The other plants are probably too new to have problems yet.
So my question is, is my problem that the plants need fertilizers? I'd like to keep it as low-tech as possible but of course would also like my plants to grow/at least not die. And I don't want to add anything that will harm the fish, shrimp, or snails.
I have a Finnex FugeRay Planted+ 24/7 that runs on the 24/7 mode.
What other information is needed to help me figure this out?
Thanks!!

Can you post any pics of the plants that are having trouble? What type of fish and how many? What type of substrate? What are your water parameters(nitrates and hardness primarily)?

How are the nana planted(rhizome buried)?

- 5 (supposed to have been 6, but I can't find one of them anywhere) cardinal tetras
- 6 ghost shrimp
- 2 nerite snails, several MTS & counting, and at least one baby unidentified snail

Gravel on the outside in a "U" shape and sand in the middle. I believe the plants (esp the ones not doing so well) are mostly in gravel

Unsure of water parameters - will need to do a test when I get a chance.

Rhizome of the nana is above the substrate.

At first I thought the new leaf of the banana plant was doing the same thing but now I think it might be ok. But now the plant just to the right of the banana (can't remember what it is) has disintegrating leaves too, but they're not really transparent like the others.
