help with with new 10gal

Hopefully I won't ask too many question I could easily answer with more internet searches but I've done a lot and found a lot of good information, a lot of conflicting information and a lot I don't know what to do with... So here's my situation
10 gal tank medium planted (substrate about 85% covered but plants still small)
aqueon quietflow 20 (modded with BioMax)
118gph powerhead
20'' finnex planted+

photoperiod is 7a.m-12p.m and 5p.m-11p.m (11hrs) maybe too long?

dosing schedule (ferts are seachem flourish, got a good deal...)
*concentration included after amount dosed
P 2x week 0.625mL @ 4.5mg/mL
N daily (because of consistent Oppm Nitrate reading) 0.6mL @ 15mg/mL
K 2x week 1.6mL @ 50mg/mL
Iron 3x week 0.5mL @ 10mg/mL
MgSO4 did first dose today @ 0.7ml @ app. 8mg/mL
Trace 2x week @ 0.8mL
Glutal (API CO2 booster) daily 1.3mL

50% water change once a week (not sure if necessary)

water has about a pH of 7.8 from the tap and a GH of 210ppm CaCO3

Currently have a decent diatom problem but the tank is just two months old and I added the planted+ and ferts about two weeks ago and I hope this will pass. But my real questions are, is this dosing ok? Kind of used the seachem guide but I found it too lean in some areas. Is this too much light without CO2? And I have some really twisted leaves on alternanthera reineckii, bacopa monieri, anubias nana and now appearing on a very recently planted wisteria. Could this be a calcium deficiency? Seems unlikely with the hardness of my water, CO2 maybe? This is my primary concern at the moment, some leaves have twisted into tubes and some are just curled down on the edges. Any advice would be great. Thanks guys
