Dry dosing with CTE

Hi everyone, as the title suggests I was just wondering how one would dry dose with CTE (Chelated Trace Elements) for EI levels. I got my dry fertilisers from an LFS and they only had CTE for micros, and I can't find a calculator online for dry dosing. My tank is an ADA 60P, but it is quite hardscape and substrate heavy so I would gauge its volume to be about 12 Gallons.
I assume (and this is a big assumption) that this is the same CTE as sold on aquariumplantfood.co.uk, and they have instructions on how to dose it by making a solution first. Any pointers are much appreciated.
