Is this nitrogen deficiency?

Take a look at the pics and tell me if you think this is due to a lack of nitrogen. I dose a 50% EI regimen with no nitrate because I get about 15 to 20 ppm out of the tap. I hadn't tested nitrogen because I knew I got a pretty good amount out of the tap but then I just tested it and the color is mostly yellow with a small tint of orange. My micro dosing is weird I made a stock solution for when this was injected to where a 5ml dose was full ei; I dose 2ml of that solution 3x week. That solution is just about gone so I will be switching to dry dosing csm+b.

1/16th teaspoon potassium sulfate 3x week and 1/32 potassium phosphate 3x week.

Mainly affecting the anubias but the sword and s repens aren't looking all that great either.

20 long
Ph 7.6
Gh 11
Kh 6

My water report is two years old but it says there is about a 4-1 ratio of ca/mg

50-60 par
2ml daily api co2 booster

Start dosing iron, looks like it's missing, yellow leafs on anubias is the first indicator.

I put a DIY co2 reactor on and increased my ei levels and also added and will add 2x week, api leaf zone (iron/potassium). I also eliminated potassium sulphate and starting dosing potassium nitrate. I'll check my nitrate levels in a few days and see where we are at with that.

Oh and there is no yellowing on the anubias it's actually dark green with a rust colored red infestation on a couple of the leaves. The rest of most of the plants have a pale green at best.

Should I trim off the worst off anubias leaves or could they still be serving a purpose?

Update: hard to say because I changed ferts and co2 at the same time but I think the biggest culprit was co2. Everything is looking healthier. The thing I did notice that started to come back right away was a little bba and I think staghorn algae. Staghorn on the ar mini in two spots and bba on the ecocomplete right under the filter intake. I wonder why they would have all of a sudden shown up. I thought that staghorn was from low co2? Also nitrate are up since I have been dosing them again. They are up to about 50ppm now
