Holes in new growth

The new growth on my anubias and crypts have holes in them. I think that older growth with holes could be a potassium issue but the leaves are coming in with the holes already there.

I would guess phosphorus, because it is important for development of new tissue. Have you or can you test for it?

I have not tested phosphorus. None of my other stems seem to have this problem, only my heavy root feeders and anubia
