Question Starting a new planted tank - Help on fertilization

Hi!

My old tank was a mess so I decided to take everything out and started a new setup (I was tired of the same layout) I'm here to collect some feedback and to learn something more about planted tanks and its maintainance. Here is my setup:

Measures:
My tank is 100cm (lenght) x 30cm (depth) x 40cm (height).
In inches is something like 39in (lenght) x 12in (depth) x 16in (height)
100L ~ 26g.

Lighting:
2x39W T5 6500k (5h/day)

CO2:
DIY

Substrate:
Topsoil

Fertilization:
EI (Estimative Index)

Flora (for now...):
Java ferns
Valisnerias
Tiger lotus
Sagittaria subulata

My main question is about fertilization. I think that in the previously setup I ruin the tank due to bad fertilization. I've bought KNO3, KH2PO4 and Micros and prepared the solutions myself (based on a calculator) as you can see below:

MACROS
1400ml of distilled water
30gr of KNO3
5gr of KH2PO4
30gr of KCl
50ml of the solution 3x/week
N = 6,6ppm*3 = 19,8ppm/week
P = 1,2ppm*3 = 3,6ppm/week
K = 10,3ppm*3 = 30,9ppm/week

MICROS
3x/week

The Macros solution and dosage is correct? Or have I been doing it wrong?

At the end of the week I did a 50% water change.

Any feedback is appreciated!
