Macro/Micro mix dosing.

I bought the Macro/Micro mix from Aquarium Fertilizer.com and have some dosing questions.
It says on the package to dose 1-4 drops per gallon. I am starting with 2 drops per gallon on my planted tank.
I understand that this mix may still not have all the nutriunts plants need. Is this true? I read somewhere that I should also dose Phosphate and possibly iron?

I was trying to keep it simple but I guess i should have just gone with the separate ferts rather than all-in one, since it's not all-in one afterall., I guess it reacts adversely with the other elements? How do I go about adding a little phosphate to the tank? Could I add it when I dose the other ferts?

Try doing it like we do with E.I, dose the macros the day after you dose the micros to avoid any issues

Except that I have both macros and micros in one packet. I'm hoping fish waste and food will cover the phosphate need. What signs would the plants show if I am indeed deficient in Phosphate?
