EI Dosing With A Pump Help

Hi all. I'm doing some pre-planning for a 50 Gal. planted aquarium with pressurized co2, t5ho lighting and an Eheim filter.

I will be using the EI method for fertilization. I've been reading that most people either add the dry ingredients directly to the tank, or mix up a bunch with water.

I have a couple peristaltic pumps laying around. Can they be used to add fertilizer to the tank? Will I need more than one batch? Or can all the ferts be combined into one batch.

Does anyone do this? Or, is it overkill.

Thank you for any advice.

it could be interesting. one thing I know is that macros cannot be mixed with micros.
I suggest you to do a search for a member called wasserpet, also for auto-doser or peristaltic.

Thanks pandapr. Found some useful info. I think i'll give it a try when my tank gets going. I need to build a stand first.
