That depends on the size of the tank.

From the sticky:
40~60gal
50% H20 change-weekly
1/2 Tsp-KN03 3x a week
1/8 Tsp-KH2P04 3x a week

3/4 Tsp-GH booster once a week
10ml or 1/8Tsp-Trace 3x a week
Optional
2-4ml-Fe/Iron 3x a week

You will be dosing about twice the recommended amounts. Since these recommendations are designed to provide enough fertilizing even with high light and heavily planted tanks, you should probably follow the recommendations, until you find a need for more nutrients.

Hoppy,

Could one use 2-4ml of flourish iron for Fe/Iron using the above mentioned EI method?

thanks Hoppy

i was dosing 1 time more than the recommendation because i had some problems before. i do not add GH booster because my water is hard. i think the csm+b is not putting enough iron in my water,i lost some of the plants before.

quick question:
are those fertilizers are useless if the nitrates are low. is that correct, i mean plant wont use any of the fertilizer if there is no or less nitrate in the water.

thanks
