Dry Start and Ferts?

My Mini M is going on 4 month dry started with UG in ADA Amazonia AS. It's 90% fully carpeted but I have seem to hit a wall. Will a sprayed fert solution help grow the last 10% any faster?

I doubt it, its the same stuff as the dry ferts, but more expensive. I love your tank!

Would it hurt? Any other opinions or suggestions? My co-workers are getting very antsy.

I just use Miracle grow diluted in water as per instructions, mist once/twice a week or so good, then mist with some water after a few minutes.

After 4 months, most of the NH4 and N in general, is long gone.
Bacteria have used most of it up, and plants have as well.

UG grows very fast once you fill the aquarium/add CO2 nutrients etc.
