Help with making liquid ferts

I've been dosing for many years in my 46 galllon tank. I dose the following:

1/2t KNO3
1/8t KH2PO4
1/8t K2SO4

1/8t CSM-B
3x per week on different days.

I moved to dosing pumps and tried to make a solution to use, but have fought Cladafora Algae. In the past when this happens it is either not enough CO2 or ferts. The CO2 is fine, I've been watching it and it hasn't changed. the lighting hasn't change either, still working on that.

Here is what I'm dosing and maybe someone can help me out.

140g KNO3
37g KH2PO4
37g K2SO4

mix into 1l of distilled water and I dose 20ml 3x per week.

For CSM-B I use
1T per 250ml of water and dose 20ml 2x per week.

I thought I did this to get the same amount of ferts as before, but the plants are not growing as well, and there is no pearling anymore.

So what have I done wrong?

thanks,
david

Looking at that link I'm shy of KNO3 by 35% and OK for the rest. I was wondering if that were the case.

thanks

Thank you! There was a typo for 46 gallon tank. It's suppose to be a 20ml dose NOT 10ml.

So basically, you're adding more than enough KNO3 and more than twice the KH2PO4 that you need.

I just double checked the numbers for your tank and the amounts listed in the thread are accurate.

As far as your Plantex dose, you are not dosing enough. In fact, less than 25% of full EI.

For full EI add 16.67 gm (approximately 4 teaspoons) to 250ml and dose 20ml per dose three times per week.

I mix mine in 1 liter of water, I see you use 500ml, but we dose the same about. I don't think I'm dosing enough KN03, but probably OK on the others.
