Try this calculator, it will get you in the ballpark. Follow the recommended dosing levels for iron.

I would try .25 teaspoon of CSM+B, it will get you .15 ppm or iron.

Bring up the calculator, add 125 US gallons
Select CSM+B in the Iron Fe window
Add an amount such as .25 Teaspoons
click Calculate
Look in the result box and you will see .15
Compare that to the suggested amount underneath 0.1

Yeah, even doubling that dosage wouldn't have ill effect. I use Dash, Pinch and Smidgeon spoons for my dosing. The calculator has how to convert those to teaspoons and grams if you select under Calculation Type

Someone recently told me that CSM+B can be toxic if OD'd. What would constitute an overdose?

Boron and Copper are probably the 2 items that will first become toxic. Plants require both, but cannot handle too much boron, and shrimp and snails are not tolerant of copper.

How much it takes to be toxic will vary with your system.
in a high tech system the plants might be so active they will remove a lot more trace minerals than they actually need, providing a big cushion.

On the other hand, if your tap water is acidic, and you have copper pipes, you might already be really close to copper toxicity, and even a regular dose of trace minerals will be too much for the more delicate livestock.
