Here's a little update on some plants in my tank. I feel like everything is really starting to take off in my tank. I upped the c02 rate to about 2 bps and started adding a little kn03 dry straight into the tank based on ei dosage.
So it was 600mg kn03 2 days ago and 2ml seachem flourish trace and regular flourish switched between days. I haven't added any other of the flourish line up as I don't want to overdo it.
I turn the lights on roughly 2 hours after starting the c02 once the drop checker starts to change color.
I do have a bit of very fine green string algae on all the monte Carlo and some other plants. Not sure what is causing this so any help will greatly be appreciated.
I also would like to note that some of my limnophila aromatica has some white leaves but I think it may be light bleaching as I have 30watts of led blazing over that spot. Maybe a nutrient deficiency.
Massive snail population as well but I find they help with the cycling of the tank.
Hope to have a few members join in for this adventure I'm in and help me succeed as much as possible. So far in loving it and plan to setup a 90 gallon aquascape that will really keep me busyyyy!
Anyways enough rambling I am going to attach a few pictures to show what the tank is looking like today.
