ADA / AFA website problems?

Hi- I've been having a terrible time using the store on the site. Over the last several days i have repeatedly tried to purchase needed supplies and the site will not retain my log in. I have tried with 3 different browsers with same results.
If there was anywhere else i could purchase there items it wouldnt be so frustrating.
Is the website working correctly?
Thx
Pan

I'm having the same issues.

Would also be good if you guys kept updates on your stands, tanks, etc. I know there's a lot in store that's not no your site (Those Archea stands I think would sell like hot cakes)

Sorry, just a big internet marketing guy that sees a ton of potential for you guys!

Amano might have some guidelines as to what they can offer to Internet customers. That's probably why they don't have everything that's available in the physical store available online.

I think it's more about what the demand for it is. AFA doesn't put anything on their website that they don't have in stock in their store or warehouse. There's a lot of stuff that is only available by special order. And there's also a lot only available in Japan.

Website Still Down?

Guys,

I can't access any part of your website beyond the home page. Are there issues going on maintenance-wise (web)?

Thx!

The error message that I've been getting on chrome is ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH, and I've found that if you change the URL from HTTPS to HTTP for each page and reload, you can see most of the pages on the site.

It's pretty annoying though, and doesn't seem to work when trying to log in.

Since the update to Chrome 48, Chrome will not allow secure connections when websites are using older protocols. This happened to me. I placed an order in January with no problems. I tried to place an order in February and got that error message for several days. I finally called Aqua Forest Aquarium and spoke with Steven, he spent a fair amount of time on the phone with. He finally suggested I try another computer. My other computer uses the Edge browser which worked with their website. They need to upgrade their webstore software, which Steven had mentioned they were in the process of doing.

No issues checking out with Safari.

Yes, Very out of date version of a wonderful shopping cart.

You could erase your PC and install OSX onto your PC and you'll be able to checkout, too.

Trust me it'll be different https://youtu.be/BpOvzGiheOM

Cheers!

As of 0743 EST, the website is unusable via Chrome and unusable with Safari as well (get errors with both platforms).
