Planning a low tech nano epiphyte forest

I have long been planning to do a planted shrimp only nano (maybe like 45cm x 30cm x 20-25 cm) featuring epiphytes - mosses and bucephalandra mostly, maybe some anubias and hardscape heavy. I already have a fully planted high tech (CO2, autodoser with EI) but wish to get by with much less effort with this one, and now I am looking for recommendations regarding lights and ferts. I may even go for a moss carpet and the only exception to the rule might be a small crypt.

The only fert regime I know is EI and that is out of the question here. I intend to keep Bee shrimp so basically this means very small water changes every couple weeks. For soil I was thinking about using ADA aquasoil, which would bring pH down.

The goal is to buy all the buce I ever wanted and breed some shrimp - maybe red pintos or something similar.

No idea about lights and ferts, and was hoping to find some help/suggestions here so fire away. Also other things to consider would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

120 liters, EI & CO2 and medium lights.
