I have a 54 gallon walstad style tank, with a power head for water movement. My temp is at about 78-80 degrees F. Today I saw some ich on my rummy nose tetras only. The tank also has some pearl danios, dwarf corys, black phantom tetras, a betta, African dwarf frogs, nerite snails, clown plecos, and like 3 ghost shrimp.
So far all the fish are acting fine. Any suggestions on how to treat the tank? I have no filter to put on it at this time since it's a walstad tank. I'm going to get an adjustable heater for my 5 gal quarantine tank but want to make sure the rest of the fish in the main tank are fine. On hand, I have metroplex and focus, pimafix, melafix, and I might have ridich.
Help please!

get a small pump of some sort to circulate the water and add ick meds. Follow directions of ick meds. Turn temp up to 86 slowly over 24-48 hours. Add an airstone.

So I have a powerhead and I have ich meds too. But how do I get the meds out after treatment is done?

There is no need to use both heat and Ich medication. Ich attacks the gill cover and under the gill plate- add heat and medication, you further diminish the ability of the fish to take up oxygen. As it is, with one or the other, you will want to increase aeration.
Just use medication- there is a strain of Ich resistant to heat that is becoming more and more common.

You will need to do water changes while you are treating the tank and this will also be how you get the medicine out when treatment complete. The more water changes, the more you eliminate the parasite load in the water column.

180 g. low tech w/ wild South American cichlids, corydoras eques, and African Congo riverine tetras.
60 g. low tech w/ F1 Alenquer pair /Stendker "Tefe" discus and wild Altum Angels
30 g. low tech w/ Wild Tucano tetras
30 g. low-tech African Biotope

That is what I did 7 years ago when I took home a sick fish (tough lesson). It improved with just heat and air.... but I wanted to ensure it didnt return, so I used the meds about 5 days later. Sure enough it did hurt my plants a bit, but by that time they were cured... then water change, water change, water change to get the meds out.

Giving back creates a virtuous cycle that makes everyone more successful (as long as they cycle!)
