Lights for tall tanks

I have a tank that is 96 inches long by 24 inches deep by 48 inches tall.
I am planning on growing a carpet of dwarf hair grass.
Is there any light that would be strong enough to reach a depth of 48 inches (4 feet)?
I am sure that I will need multiple lights to cover the length of the tank but I am not sure about any lights that can shine deep enough to reach the ground for proper plant growth.

Thank you.

Sure but it can be costly.
