Lighting options - 375g 96*36 tank

Currently in the planning stages of the above tank. Will be controlled by a Neptune Apex controller - fully automated pumps, CO2, etc. Currently a bit stuck on lights - I'm a big fan of T5s, but leaning more towards a panel style LED for this build. I'm shooting for probably 75-100 par at the substrate (25"deep).

Orphek Atlantik v4 freshwater looks promising, but I can't find a lick of information on them in actual use.

Any other thoughts/suggestions? Not really a fan of the pendant-style Kessils - unless you can convince me otherwise, lol.

Thanks!

How critical is APEX control of the light to you?

Check out the video from BRS, they make a good argument to do a hybrid system.

You can use the flexibility of the LED with the ramp up/ramp down but have the blast of the T5. and if it's an entire fixture then you wouldn't see the pendants hanging on there

Also for your size tank some reef options might be better.

Not at all. I'd actually prefer it's not. My current reef tank lighting is not controlled by it either.

Hybrid system is a distinct possibility with pendants, though the reef-ready lights are not really an option given the wavelength/spectral outputs.

For the money the pendants cost, a panel style LED may be a better option, I'm not sure?

I appreciate the ideas being tossed around, that's basically the idea of this post.
