Light switching - T5 to LED

It appears time to swap out my T5 fixture and looking at possible LEDs. This is on a 75g planted tank and I grow pretty much medium light plants. I know LEDs are a completely different ballgame then the standard tubes. What type of LED should I be looking for as a suitable replacement?

Thanks kindly,
James

Great option by making the switch to LED! Not only are LED fixtures more durable and require less routine maintenance, but also provide a better yield for the plant itself. Wishing you success on your grow!

Make sure you read about dimming though w/ 2 simple timers make 50% dimming possible.. Just can't blend to taste..
you prob shouldn't run both at 100% all the time..

ONLY one of a dozen recommendations possible..

my "recommendations" should come w/ a qualifier that there is a def attempt to NEVER downgrade intensity.. and upgrade w/ a dimmer..
and no guarantee YOU will like the color.. but your plants should..

JeffKrol has some great recommendations.

My anecdotal contribution:
Your electricity bill will thank you for switching to LEDs. Your plants....they will need to adjust. I had 3 tanks with either T5 or T8 lighting and I switched them at different times to LED. In every instance the plants grew differently. I have all LED lighting now, but my T5 tanks grew anything and everything and did it amazing. With the LEDs, I have different growth same plants. Each type of plant was different. Same tank, same maintenance, same ferts, same plants, this is over a long period of time (6mo-3yrs)

I can't prove my hypothesis as I've only ever changed from Tube to LED, never LED to Tube.
