DIY LED floodlights for 75g?

Hi guys,

I'm planning on revamping my 75 gallon into a planted iwagumi style with a lush carpet on the bottom. My plant choice is a combination of dwarf hairgrass, dwarf baby tears, sagitaria subulata and java moss balls. I'm planning on upgrading my lighting from my previous setup but being a student, money is the X factor in what I can purchase. DIY is preferable and I found a cheap and easy method of making an LED light fixture from the King of DIY on Youtube.

I found these floodlights on Amazon and I'm planning on using 3 of these for the tank (attached to the back with a gooseneck).

Would this be sufficient lighting to grow a lush carpet in a 75g? Let me know what you guys think.
