Is this sufficient for Anubias, Java Ferns, and Pothos?

LED bulb, 9 watts, Daylight 6500K, 800 Lumens

Tank is 11 inches high only. It's my first time growing Anubias, Java Ferns, and planning to put Pothos on top as well. I just want to make sure and not just 'learn from experience' since these plants are a quite expensive from where I live.

Yes it should be. I know nothing about pothos, but Java Ferns and Anubias can survive in a toilet, so it doesn't really matter for them.
