Lighting recommendation for 40g breeder

Hi!
I am somewhat new to fish and plant keeping (about a year). I have a 20L set up with a finnex planted 24/7. The light used to be on a 29g high but was just too hard for me to reach in such a deep tank! Anyway, low tech plants, all seem to be doing well so far. I’ll attach a picture.
I just scored a 40g breeder and 1/2 finished stand for $40!! I really want to take my time setting this one up and put more thought into it.

I’m considering these 3 lights, just looking for input... such as would I need more than one light strip, can I just use brackets like I do now to basically set light on top of tank, etc.
Fluval Aquasky
Finnex FugeRay
Or another Finnex planted 24/7
