To expensive

Well since it's too expensive to bring in LEDs here and I can get t8 or t5 aquarium light fixtures here. How do I go about light and 5ft long x 18 wide x 24 tall aquarium with the mentioned fixtures for low light plants?

I'm in barbados I brough time in some pleco caves yesterday which cost $20 from amazon and had to pay $58.90 to get them cleared when they got here. If something so small an light costed that much imagine a led light. Can cfl screw in bulbs work also if I but something like these to put them in?

Not on a 24 tall aquarium. 4 bulbs would be med light at most.

Also if your buying cheaper industrial type bulbs that you can find locally to save on duties their not the full spectrum bulbs designed for aquarium so you really need to mix and match 3-4 different bulb types to get proper spectrum. Like 1 warm white, 2-5000k and 1-6500k.
