Tank size: 40 Gallons
Lighting: 30w sylvina blue, 30w aqua-glo 1800k
Equipment:  2 Eheim external 2213 Classics equals approx 4 x tanks volume per hour, 200w + 300w heaters
CO2:  Homemade yeast system with homemade CO2 reactor.Aquagrit nutrient rich substrate, fish and plant waste adds nitrate, and a small dose of liquid plant food (trace elements) every fortnight.
Substrate:  1/3 Aquagrit, the other 2/3 is a mix of 1/3 large and 2/3 small pea gravel.
Parameters:  pH 6.8-7.2, kH 5, gH 0, Temp 26C, Nitrate 0-5ppm, CO2 9.5-24ppm
Fertilization:  No Details Given.
Plants: Acorus gramineus (green rush), Anubias barteri v. nana, Anubias Barteri v. nana 'petite', aponogeton crispus, Aponogeton madagascariensis (madagascar lace leaf), Cabomba aquatica (fanwort), Cardamine lyrata (bitter cress), Cryptocoryne walkeri, Cryptocoryne wendtii, Echinodorus amazonicus (amazon sword), Echinodorus quadricostatus (cuban broad leaf chain), Egeria densa (elodea), Elocharis acicularis (dwarf Hairgrass), Hygrophila polysperma, Lemna minor (duckweed), Ludwigia repens, Microsorum pteropus (java fern), Ssalvinia auriculata (eared watermoss), Vallisneria spirralis (contortionist/corckscrew/twisted vallis), Vallisneria (straight vallis), Vesicularia dubyana (java moss)

Additional Comments:  This tank is my 1st big tank (40 gallon) bought 2 months ago. I cheated in the setup by using old water and filters so there was little to no cycling time. The plants and fish were added gradually. I've never had much success with plants before but now that i have lots of light, nutrients and co2 my plants are thriving. :O)
