CO2 DIY ( 2 cups of sugar, ˝ tsp yeast, and water in two liter soda bottle)
Substrate pool filter sand with a little gravel on top
Parameters ammonia- 0 nitrite- 0 nitrate- 5.0 pH- 6.8 temp- 79F
Fertilization Twice a week: Phosphorus 1/4 tsp, Nitrogen 1/8 tsp, Potassium 1/2 tsp, Comprehensive 1/4 tsp, Iron 1/4 tsp, Excel 1/4 tsp every other day

Comments This is my second attempt at a planted tank. My first try was with a 29 gallon tank with very low wattage, so that did not work out too well. I started this tank out with fake plants then decided to go natural. I have planted it rather dense and will use trimmings as soon as I can get my new tank set up (either a 55 or 75). I've added a close-up pic, plus one of a shrimp having a snack, and one with the moonlight showing a night scene

Very nice tank man! Looks almost as if it were in nature! Nice sized tank, too. Wish I had one of those 14 gallons. Their hard to find.
