Lighting 6 - 40 W GE GroLux fluorescent bulbs
Equipment Magnum 350 canister filter 3 - 150 watt Ebo Jager heaters
CO2 pumped straight into the intake of the filter from a 5 pound cylinder
Substrate 75% "natural" aquarium gravel 25% American River sand
Parameters I don't test anymore...but my pH stays between 6.4 and 6.6 (according to the Pinpoint controller).
Fertilization KNO3 Potassium Nitrate KH2PO4 Mono Potassium Phosphate K2SO4 Potassium Sulfate Plantex CSM+B 3x/week
Plants Basic stuff..Swords, Moneywort, Ludwiga, val, hygro, java ferns, water sprite
Inhabitants 3 Pleco 6 otocinclus 6 Cherry Barb 2 Giant Danio 10+ White Mountain Cloud Fish
Comments The tank is outside in a garage. Temperatures in the garage vary from 35 F to 100 F degrees throughout the year.

Cool to see the success you've achieved with GE bulbs and no heater! I know giant danios and white clouds can thrive at cooler temps, but as low as 35F?!?!? And the others endure it too? Wow! What species of plecos have you got, do you know? I'd imagine some of the ones from Andean-fed streams are also cold-hardy, but I have no idea which those might be.
