It is beautiful. Do you keep it heated somehow and is there any form of filtration? Just curious why you did not show the top of the vase in the photo.
No heater or filter, but I keep it in a warm room (mid 70s) and change about 30-40% of the water every week.
The top of the vase is actually just about an inch from where it's cut off in the photo. I didn't realize how much it looked like a flask in this picture, whoops. I'll post more pics soon :)
He really needs a heater - upper 70s to low 80s for a betta, please! A heater will also keep things more stable. Also, I think he'd appreciate more space. :)
I love small tanks like this for snails or shrimp. Your betta will really love a little more room. I had mine in a 10 gallon and it swam the length of it all the time. I had it with two cory cats and they got along fine!
