You need an actual tank with a heater and filter. With this small bowel you will need to do daily water changes.

That would make a good bowl for shrimp and snails. Such a beautiful fish as yours would like a five gallon tank with a sponge filter to put some extra oxygen in the tank. Really cute betta!
