my well water - do I need RO?

I'm in the planning stages of my first planted tank (90 gal) and I got out all my test kits and tested my well water. This is what I came up with:

Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0
Phosphate: 0
KH: 3.8
PH: 7.4

I am hoping to keep rams, cardinal tetras, cory cats, maybe hatchets, and otos. Is there anything else I should test for? I have an RO unit from my saltwater days at our previous house where our well water was terrible, but do I still need it? The parameters here look pretty good to me, and it would be soooo much easier to do water changes without having to store RO water!

Thanks,
Nicole

You could test for gh, but those parameters look just fine to me. I don't think you'd have any trouble

You want at least 2 or 3 degrees GH to grow plants, otherwise you will need to add calcium and magnesium. Probably you are fine.
