What do you mean? Not to mention Great stuff is toxic if it isn't sealed. What do you seal it up with?

Spread silicone over it, and then attach bed-a-beast before the silicone dries. You can pick up tubes of 100% black silicone at like any home hardware store. It'll be sealed, and will allow the background whether it be coco or bedabeast a sticky surface to stick.

So there wont be any flies in the pool. Yes, i did do research on the frogs requirements. Yes, i know what i need to dust the flies with. I am going to get the Wingless Drosophila melanogaster.
I would suggest starting a rice flour beetle culture too. If something happens to your fly cultures, you can fall back onto the rice beetle larvae. It also would serve to keep their diet varried. Once the frogs get bigger, you might want to switch to Drosophila hydei sturtevant. You won't be able to produce as many flies, but they will be bigger.

You shouldn't have any problem with a couple of frogs in there. I would actually go higher and possibly get them to breed. Maybe 3 or 4? I wasn't trying to insinuate that you didn't know what you were talking about. I was just trying to keep you from having any unplanned fatalities. I have kept dart frogs before and wanted to share a little insight. They are fragile little guys.

Keep us posted. I subscribed to this thread because I want to see your frogs in their new home. Good job on the enclosure btw. If I were a frog, I wouldn't mind living in there.

There is one thing that I see with your enclosure that might cause you some headaches. The background that you constructed is going to allow the flies a quick means of escape away from the bottom. Normally this would happen to some degree anyway, but I think this is going to be compounded in your case.

I don't know if you have a cover for the 10gal, but you might want to get one. I wound up putting it on my 10 gallon and then closing up the seams with scotch tape to keep the flies inside the tank.

Ok, thanks for the info! It has a peace of glass covering it for now. I need to go to home depo and get some glass. I want half to be siliconed and the other half to be a door. Ill add a little bit my a little bit of the ff so the frogs can have time to catch them all.

Can anyone post a link to a site that sells 32oz cups for FF and FF culters and Repcal and Herptivite and coco huts and other supplies for dart frogs?

I forgot to say, that it has a Min/Max Feature.
1. Press the Max button to display the maximum temperature and humidity reading since the unit was last reset. "Max" will show on the LCD.
2. Press the Min button to display the minimum temperature and humidity reading since the unit was last reset. "Min" will show on the LCD.
3. In either Max or Min mode, press CLEAR button to reset the memory. The unit will begin to track the new MAX and MIN readings.
