Air plants will be last. Maybe a red Earth Star for the color. It's all too green now. Always wanted to keep a nice orchid, but I've never had much luck with them. If I find a small one, I'll probably try again. |

Remember the moldy bread experiment we did as kids? Fungi and mold love these kinds of environment. Fungi in a vivarium/terrarium is quite normal and most should go away in a couple weeks. It usually happens in new setups, and it'll come and go in others. Could be that it's too wet, or maybe not enough plants. Most fungi and mold are harmless to the inhabitants.
In the meanwhile, you could try to manually remove it. Some people have success controlling it by providing some kind of ventilation. I wouldn't try any commercial products if you're keeping some livestock in there, especially frogs. I'm just starting to learn about all this, so my knowledge here is very limited. Try Keong Seong at Havelock Road for the cork bark. They sell it by weight. |

Great start but you'll have to cover up the egg crate stuff.
Since it's kind of squarish you might get a more natural look if you break up the main lines. Something fresh and green leaning over the stream and something a little more plump to divide the driftwood. REAL nice start though. |
