cheapest driftwood in austin?

Anyone know where to get the cheapest driftwood? Ordering online isn't an option.

I've seen Aquatek have some interesting pieces but didn't ask for the price since I was just buying fish.

yea, Aquadome has good prices on DW and they have a dicent selection also...I have never been to river city aquatics but they might have some good stuff, but they are wayyyyy on the NW side of town so depending on where you live you might want to give them a call first

If you wanna drive to San Antonio, the HCCC is having one of it's quarterly auctions on Sunday. Usually at least a few pieces of driftwood on the block.

No doubt!! the cheapest driftwood is on lake travis.
it's 39 feet low right now due to the drought . Wood everywhere HUGE pieces.
I was thinking about heading out and hunting some good sticks while contemplating life over a few tasty beverages.
gimme a shout maybe we'll meet up out there

Hmmm. May have to make a trip out to the nearest lake to scavenge for a gem.

That is very true. I got a huge tree stump from a marina I used to manage on Lake Travis.

Here it is just before I baked it.

And here it is in my tank now.
