What shape of plant would you like there?

If you want a grassy look, E. tenellus 'narrow' or 'micro' would work. If you want a smaller leafy look (round clover-live leaves) Marselia minuta would work.

Did water changes and that means I moved some plants around. Trimmed off some on the anubias. They look much better and I found some new growth on them.
20 gallon.

Little growth here too. 10 gallon

Now full shots.

Really happy with both tanks. Got a little algae going on in the 20 gallon but not as bad as it was and adding the pleco may help.
The 10 gallon is my favorite. It looks great IMO. Lots of plant growth too.
Updated pictures taken this morning.
20 gallon added a BN pleco to this tank.

And the 10 gallon. Removed all fish and added 4 female betta's and have one platy. The platy was in the 20 gallon but he was chasing my angelfish.

My 10 is the same way...it's growth isn't fast...but over a few months, it fills in...then it all gets hacked out when I rescape!

Though my 10 is going to be decommissioned for a little bit while I set it up the right way[plants are going in the 5.5 temp.]...I'm thinking now a plant specific substrate like ADA Aquasoil Malaya? Anyways, good luck on your tanks and I look forward to seeing them progress!

I keep thinking I need to add more eco complete to the 20 gallon but don't want to spend the money or break the tank down. However I do have some other substrate wonder if it would be ok to mix it? Some floruite(sp) with some natural gravel?
Maybe next spring. When I do think I would like to try some other plants too.
Thank you for all the great comments.
