it's the water flow from the outlet. directly hit the glass accros it.
something like this happened before on a much larger tank. the powerhead suction cup failed in the middle of the night and make the powerhead divert at an angle pointing the front glass panel. cracked the glass and made a mess. i'm using the spray bar now

it's a 60 cm Nisso tank, i'm using Jebo canister filter 320 gph. a bit too powerful for this tank's size but i like strong current. it's probably because that i'm not using the spray bar to spread the flow. concentrated water burst added pressure to the left side of the glass and cracked it.
