Well... no one has answerd in sooo long! !!! Well I just sent off the bulbs that didnt sprout! Out of like 10 3 sprouted! Well Here is a pic of my red on after the 20 day marker! Beware of the sandy leaves!
It seems It has went everywere latley!

Man! Good to be back! I have been soo consumed with my saltwater tank and school it's just so sad to let my empty fishtanks go to waste!

mine arent as soo much as long leaves as they are wide and many...

A month?.... Cool Well mine plants have grown more leaves and have rooted hevily! BTW does anyone know what you need for the lily to flower? Also How long does it take? Thanks

holy crap i wish i had a cam,
the apongetons got big!~!!...
there is 5 i think...
3 are crispus and the other 2 are strait leaves...

Hello all I have just found out that my apon. is sending a flower stalk up! Im soo happy! Well back to the topic that my Lily is a MONSTER its HUDGE so far! on the back of thje package they said Slower growewrs, BUT it is growing fast! Well I also agree because my other lily that sprouted is taking its time to grow just 3 leaves! Well Ill post some pics later!

well for the camera... it is a sony DSC-P30 or a DSC-P50... these are the only two cameras I have...

How are they doing now?

I have both apons and lilly plants growing from the walmart bulb packages. They are only about a month old but the fish are already darting in and out of the canopy of leaves these plants are producing.

I hope they're long lived(even though I've read of the apons needing a dormancy period).

if you let them the lilly's will get pretty big, here is a pic of some in my play around tank. sorry if they are hard to see, i am currently riding out and alge bloom....

It seems It has went everywere latley!

My friend had one of these bulbs growing in his 10 gallon. It grew HUGE. It reached the top of the tank, had about 30-40 differnt stalks with leaves on them and the base was just ROOT CITY! It was very nice looking.
