Ok so here's a update before aquascaping will take place....I now have two new fish...they werent my choice...they were my girlfriends but i had to get them becuase i told her she could put what ever she wanted in the tank...that was a stupid decision She wanted to put in some Lyretail Dalmation Mollies....i was thinking more exotic like rams but she thought they were ugly But anyways heres the tank....as they plants go there are hydor, h. difformis, java fern, crypts, and a unknown....everything minus the crypts are goin to go....will post soon

O yeah and is there any suggestions for background plants???
Thanks

Alright heres a little update.....well i took out all the fast growers and put in some HM and Java Fern...they arent growing really fast due top the lighting situation.....right now they only have two 15 watt lights that come with the ten gallon tanks.....its not great but i do get growth....Now to the live stock...one of the mollies died...have no clue why but he did....so i moved out the other mollies and left the otos in the tank and got cherry shrimp...so now it is a shrimp/oto tank.....sorry for all the water spots on the tank havent got around to cleaning it.......

Nice closeups of the shrimp and oto. As for your tank, maybe you might want to consider shifting the driftwood a little off center? Other than that, things look fine, just need a little time for it to grow in=)

Looks good. Your Ferns look really healthy, love the color.

Aren't Otos just the coolest little guys? I'd do a tank full of them if I could with shrimp.

my frog would destroy some otos if he was hungry enough, so alas i depend on snails and shrimp for cleanup.
