Hello Unirdna-
Yes I do believe that is Bacopa caroliniana and the stem is 2 feet tall or say but things do need to fill in. Oh giant hydro owns the tank which I have debated in taking out as I do have 2 HUGE stems on each side of the tank. I might do a RAOK on one of them.

Thanks I been fighting Beard algae for months now so updates will have to wait till I get it all cleared up.
