Active Flora

I just saw this stuff at petco. I was wondering as to its quality. I am planning a new tank after Christmas. And this stuff was at my local Petco.

Using it in my newly setup 10 gal Shrimp tank. The water was a bit cloudy for about an hour after the tank was put together otherwise all is well!
