cherry shrimp filter

im new to RCS and i hava a all in one tank ( tank with the filter and light). the filter have carbon(aquaone), noddle ring(aquaone) and bio ball. do this things harm to the cherry shrimps?

All i use for my shrimps is a sponge. I don't use carbon.

No, but the impeller will. Make sure you vcover all intakes with a fine sponge and clean it fairly often! Good lucK!
