nice tank, Shrimps look awesome!
How long does it take for the ADA to cycle? I've had Amazonia II in the tank for a good 2 1/2 - 3 weeks now and my ammonia has been 2.0-4.0 range. I know i did things wrong by doing weekly water changes as some member told me i should keep the ammonia so N-Bacteria can build up over time. Sorry if the topic is off subject.
Thanks!
- Do you sell CRS or Golden bees?

dont mix CRS and golden bee. It causes extremely bad coloring.

I dont understand the whole reasoning of the predrilled base you've created and the bio media underneath... Overtime AMAZONIA soil will break down and fall through each hole and cover all your fluval biomedia redering them useless,,, unless they have another purpose you've designed them for. As it stands it appears to act like an UGF however you will have gasses traped underneath.

When i fist week after setup i do 100%water change, and keep same 100% water change after 2 day,and add some additive [from taiwan they work nice in my tank] after that do 50%--40%--30%--20%--10%, i have high nitrite and nitrate befor~~now all working good.
-Notyet for sell now~~~~~
thanks~~~~~~~
