How to find dead shrimp in a heavily planted tank?

I have 1 or 2 dead shrimp in my 10 gallon tank, although they're both in areas that are inaccessible...I have MTS; will they eat them up?

What do you guys do?

The snails will take care of them in a day or two. If you can't find them, leave them be. Tearing up your tank to find one shrimp would likely kill more.

Just leave it in there, if its not gone in 1-2 days, what I do is try to fan water around. Get a powerhead, plug it in, and guide the powerhead so it blows the water where you want it to blow. Just blow it towards a spot in the tank that you can get access to easier.

One way that I search for dead shrimps is take a chop stick, do a swirling motion in the tank. If its dead, the swirling motion will cause it to drift for a second. This is something different though so just read the first paragraph. Too late now I bet you've already read this one

As the others have already said. I think it's pretty difficult to find a dead shrimp esp if its heavily planted. But Other shrimp will just eat them up and if you have snails they will also help so that can solve your problems. You can also do what Natty suggested.
