Worms in my shrimp tank, they don't look like planaria

I have had some 1/4 inch worms in my 125g tank for some time now. At first I thought they were planaria but these don't have the "2 eye" things. The worm in my tank actually have like a bright silver eye at the front of the worm. When I use a brineshrimp net to get them out, they first contract and it takes a few attempt to get them to unstick from the glass.

I have also noticed that they leave a slimy white grease on the glass as they are pushed off. They don't seem to hurt any of my shrimps, they actually contract when a shrimp runs up on them on the glass or a plant. Anyone know what these nasy things could be?

The smaller baby worms I don't bother with cause they will go right throught the net, they are silver/white in color. Until the begging of this week my 10g had no signs of the worms. But now I have a few babies worms in there and I scooped out an adult 3 days ago. I must have transfered it on a spong during algea glass cleaning time.

I don't have a good camera to take a picture of them but I noticed that they decintagrate easy when I take them out of the net with a paper towel. I don't think they are snail leeches cause they don't harm the snails. They move faster then the snails and will go around them and not attack.

I have searched for pics of this little worm but have had no luck

Thanks Wood

I have check out that part of your site and I must say it is very informative. But the worms in my tank are not there.

I have been searching for ever on the web trying to find a picture of this little bug. I read that there are several types of planaria but I only seem to find the same darn worm in every pic, and none of the others.
