yes they breed true. Although the colors of the blue varies. You can get the dark blue which people want or get some lighter blues in the batch.
- Beautiful blue tigers!

Yes they are mine and they do breed true, but as mentioned not 100% and colors will vary from light blonde with little blue at all to very dark...The color shown is my favorite of all the hues.
I have not had them long enough to know percentages and only have a couple batches of babies and at this young age grading for color is totally impossible. Cheers, Bill |

Bill,
You got many beautiful shrimps. Can I know the source? I was bitten by this bug and it never let go! Kevin

I may have some young old enough in 6 to 8 weeks....
That is a good age for a tank to house new Blue Tigers and well matured. But a month is plenty and these guys really need clean water to do well. PH for mine is at 6.6 and temp 74 degrees F. Some in Germany are breeding and keeping these shrimp in PH 8 or more so if you buy Blue Tiger is is a must to know the breeders water parameters or you may see a slow unexplained (seemingly) die off..... They don't do well acclimating to radically different parameters then they were raised in.... If they have clean water to their liking they will be healthy and breed well as I am learning.... Cheers, Bill |
