I have a couple questions. Can you tell the differance between male and female tigers? Did you buy your tigers at a LFS or online?

I bought some Tigers awhile ago at a LFS but I have heard that LFS might only be selling females.

I bought 6 in LFS. Three died due to fish (sparking gourami) attack and later transferred remaining 3 (one male and 2 females) to a shrimp only tank.

One can easily differentiate the sex of tigers. Males are smaller, slimmer, less colourful, longer wiskers and very active (running around) during mating. Females are the opposite to these characteristics, ie larger, fatter, vivid colour, short wiskers and tend to hide and definately not running around.
